All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Members must promptly update their Account details in the event of any change to their personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their q987 login credentials, including username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. q987 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a Member's failure to keep their credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify q987 immediately by contacting our support team. q987 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account. All activity conducted through your Account prior to receipt of such notification remains your responsibility.
Members are responsible for all bets, transactions, and account actions conducted through their q987 Account. q987 does not permit third parties to operate a Member's Account on their behalf. Any attempt to allow third-party access — including sharing credentials, proxy betting, or syndicate play — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
An Account is considered inactive if it has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. q987 reserves the right to apply an administration fee to inactive accounts and, following reasonable notice to the registered email address, to close accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Any remaining PKR Wallet balance will be handled in accordance with q987's dormant account policy in effect at that time.
q987 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and SadaPay. q987 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR Wallet in real time upon confirmed receipt by q987's payment systems. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to reflect in your Account balance. q987 does not impose deposit fees; however, Members should verify whether their mobile wallet provider or bank applies any outbound transfer charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period. These limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account dashboard. q987 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed the q987 KYC verification process. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. q987 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times stated above are estimates and may be affected by banking system delays, public holidays, or verification requirements outside q987's control.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw funds prior to meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the cancellation of any outstanding Bonus Funds and associated bonus winnings.
All bets placed on q987 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, gaming product, or market. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product only.
q987 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on markets that have been suspended, bets that appear to exploit system errors or pricing anomalies, and bets that exceed applicable stake limits. A bet is not confirmed until q987's systems have accepted and recorded it with a unique bet reference number displayed to the Member.
In the event that q987 publishes odds, prices, or gaming parameters that are materially incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, q987 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and to re-settle those bets at the correct price or refund the stake, at q987's discretion. No Member has an enforceable right to winnings derived from an obvious pricing or system error.
Cricket betting, including all PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I markets, is subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of q987. In-play cricket markets may be suspended at any time due to interruptions in play, weather delays, or data feed issues. q987 shall not be liable for any interruption to in-play betting services caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
All casino table games, video slots, live dealer games, and other RNG-based products on q987 use certified random number generator technology. Game outcomes are independently verifiable as fair. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed within the game information panel. q987 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for the results of any individual gaming session.

All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. q987 is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.
Members of q987 are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. Violation of any prohibition listed in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, and forfeiture of balances:
q987 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice where q987 has reasonable grounds to believe that: a Member has breached these Terms; an Account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; a Member has provided false information; or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to q987, other Members, or third parties.
During any period of Account suspension, access to the Account and all associated funds will be restricted. q987 will conduct a review within a reasonable timeframe. Following review, the Account will either be reinstated, permanently closed, or referred to relevant authorities as appropriate. Where an Account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, q987 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account.
Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the q987 support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
All content published on the q987 Platform — including but not limited to the q987 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, imagery, audio, and data compilations — is the property of q987 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the q987 Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit Members to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any q987 content without the express prior written consent of q987.
